Our Team

Terrence L. Hughes (President)

Terrence L. Hughes is a highly experienced government contractor and entrepreneur who procures government contracts to grow Invictus International LLC and support those who protect and serve the world. Terrence has amassed 15 years of dedicated contracting service to the United States Armed Forces. He has collaborated with multiple international government contracting corporations, and those experiences contributed to those entities generating millions of dollars in revenue. Terrence holds certifications in the following: Packaging Hazardous Inspector, Joint Inspector, Nuclear Weapons Specialist.

Delicia Gillard-Ealey (Vice President)

Delicia is an experienced certified Project Management Professional, PMP, with over 13 years of project management and account management experience across multiple industries, including government contracting. Her background is backed by multiple educational achievements; Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications with a Management minor, Master of Arts in Management and Leadership, and Master of Science in Project Management.
Delicia’s experience has strongly impacted companies by imparting knowledge, training, developing, leading, and managing projects through project planning, resource and risk management, and implementation, leading to companies’ growth and success. Her motto is to always work with integrity, lead by example, produce quality service, and be a pivotal contributor to developing and maintaining effective client relationships.

M. Yvette Hughes-Mayo (CEO)

M. Yvette Hughes-Mayo is a dedicated entrepreneur. After spending over two decades serving in the United States Armed Forces, Yvette knows what truly drives the military mission. It’s how well you connect and identify with the needs of those you serve and communicate not only with words but with actions.
Yvette has worked in the contracting field, sharing her experience and expertise with project managers and assisting project teams in earning excellent Contract Performance Assessment Reporting Systems (CPARS).
Yvette holds a BA in Business Management, graduating Magna Cume Laude. In addition to her extensive contracting experience, Yvette is a certified Graduate Project Management recipient achieving the highest academic honors, Suma Cume Laude.
